FCN Board meetings are held on the 2nd Sunday of alternate months beginning with January with two exceptions: May (1st Sunday) and June (1st Sunday in June instead of July).

Start time: 1 p.m.
(unless otherwise agreed to)

This means

• January (2nd Sunday)
• March (2nd Sunday)
• May (1st Sunday)
• June (1st Sunday)
• September (2nd Sunday)
• November (2nd Sunday)
  

It misses all long weekends and stays away from busy December.

Holidays in those months are:

January: New Year's day (Jan. 1)

March: No statutory holidays (Easter could get close but is rarely as early as the second Sunday)

May: Mother's day (2nd Sunday), Victoria day (3rd Monday)

June: No statutory holidays. Father's day (2nd Sunday), St. Jean-Baptiste Day (Québec), Canada Day (July 1st) might involve the last weekend in June.

September: Labour Day (1st Monday) - There could be a conflict from time to time for anyone who is Jewish (Rosh Hashanah/Yom Kippur)

November: No statutory holidays. Veteran's Day on the 11th and US Thanksgiving on the 28th.
