Naturism and Your Overall Health
My path that has lead to the present day has taken me through yoga, naturopathy, foot reflexology and reiki. History has shown us that naturism follows the same path.
Light therapy: Exposing the body to sunshine was used by Hippocrates to heal certain afflications.
During the 19th century those with pulmonary or skin problems were told to sit in the fresh air and sunshine naked.

The issue for Jodi Jaecks was simple. To help with her physical rehabilition after a double mastectomy and radiation, she sought to pick up her swimming exercises at a local pool, but without her chest covered. She choose this route because she was still in pain after her ordeal.

We love gardening in the nude, because like this, we are in direct contact whith nature. When it's hot or we get dirty, we rinse each other off. It's completely awesome to feel the sun and wind caressing our skin.
Extreme Naturism
Naturism is naked contact with nature. Narure's source of energy can only be effectively absorbed by our bodies when we are naked.
